Highbury Media (Pty) Ltd is SA’s largest independent magazine and digital publishing company responsible for some of the country’s best-performing titles. We are currently looking for a Temp Sales Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. Capture deals daily for Highbury Media and Compleat Golfer on sales administration system.
- Ensure the accuracy of all sales orders
- Ensure effective transfer of records between accounts department and sales department.
2. Cancel/Transfer deals
- Ensure the necessary procedures are followed and notify Accounts/HR
3. Monitor revenue and email Directors advertising revenue weekly
- Maintain sales revenue records and compile weekly reports
- Ensure figures are sent to the relevant Directors weekly and/or when required
4. Receive Advance / Loan sheet from reps, ensure all fields are completed accurately before submitting to Finance/HR
- Ensure paperwork is submitted correctly
5. Maintain sales office stationery
- Always ensure any/all stationery required is readily available
6. Liaise with Accounts & HR regarding any discrepancies from deal information to commissionable value
- Readily available to troubleshoot
- Ensure a smooth process for claims
