Position Summary:

Highbury Media is an independent multi-media publishing company seeking to appoint an HR intern. 

The successful person will be required to perform but not limited to the below functions:

  • Create and govern employee information files.
  • Organise and maintain electronic and paper files, uploading all paper files to Payspace.
  • Providing on-going support and assistance to the HR officer and the respective business units.
  • The internship is related to an educational purpose and there is no guarantee or expectation that the activity will result in permanent employment with the company.
  • The education received by the intern from the internship is for the benefit of the intern.
  • The intern does not replace or displace any employee of the company.
  • The intern will receive direct and close supervision by an appropriate supervisor.
  • The company does not derive an immediate advantage from the activities performed by the intern.
