Highbury Media (Pty) Ltd is an independent magazine and digital publishing company responsible for some of the best performing titles. We are looking to appoint an ad traffic intern.

Key performance areas:

-Assist production director and ad traffic controllers with all production related tasks

-Communicate with clients telephonically

-Getting all cover epsons signed off 

-Ensure black books are ready with all adverts placed in correct slot according to flat plan

-Photocopying flat plans and making sure the correct sales manager and ad traffic controller has their copies

- Prepare/ open new files for upcoming editions.

- Prepare Topsheets

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Willing to learn and develop within the department
