Highbury Media is seeking to appoint a receptionist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the below:
Telephone:
-Project good communication skills and announcing the organisation’s name when answering incoming calls
-Be accurate when transferring calls, ensuring that the calls are transferred to the respective individuals
-Be accurate when dealing with queries, make sure you know for which department the call is for before transferring
-Ensure that you encompass sound knowledge of various job functions so as to correctly transfer calls
-Deliver messages to respective individuals promptly
Client interaction:
-Meet and greet clients and visitors and direct them to the relevant staff
-Ensure that visitors are signed in effectively
Staff information:
-Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organisation
Packages:
-Receiving courier packages
-Informing relevant individuals/departments about packages received
-Distributing packages to relevant individuals/departments |
