Highbury Media (Pty) Ltd is an independent magazine and digital publishing company responsible for some of the best performing titles. We are currently looking for a Digital Content Producer Intern for our editorial department.

The successful candidate will be exposed to:

-Produce content for a fashion, beauty and celeb-driven website

-Manage own deadlines effectively and turn content around quickly

-Know the market intimately and stay on top of industry standards and trends

-Work closely with the print team, looking for content opportunities wherever possible

-Work with the digital editor to ensure a smooth production process

Requirements:

-Tertiary qualification in English and/or journalism with an interest in the digital sphere.

-Excellent writing skills.

-Proactive and self-disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility.

-Able to work accurately under deadline pressure.

-Familiarity with WordPress and trending social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) is an advantage.

-Work experience in the media industry is an advantage.
