Highbury Media (Pty) Ltd is SA’s largest independent magazine and digital publishing company responsible for some of the country’s best-performing titles. We are currently looking for an Invoice Clerk for our Finance department.
The successful candidate will be required to:
-Provide Manager with figures with regards to how many times a client has booked
-Assist with commissions
-Send Sales Manager updated recons when requested
-Reconcile invoice recon to production,
-Manager to sign off recon before invoicing,
-Check Sales order , magazine and production recon before processing invoice, and make sure we invoice correct entity.
-Queries from sales and clients
-Print report to mark-up immediately after invoicing (when needed),
-Credit and re-invoice,
-Recon GL’s(stipulating Package Deal allocations)
-Provide Sales Ad Revenue Figures
-Reconciling Foschini division monthly revenue totals (digital exposure)
-Following up on outstanding CI's and Purchase orders from Client
-Distributing magazines to clients and dealing with Courier company Re: POD's
-Pro-forma invoices, Monthly inventory invoices, Quotations
Requirements:
-One to two years’ work experience preferably in an office environment
-Bookkeeping/accounting skills
-Ability to work under pressure and with very high volumes
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to work in a team
-Good attention to detail
-Ability to work very accurately and efficiently
-Strong Excel skills
