Highbury Media (Pty) Ltd is SA’s largest independent magazine and digital publishing company responsible for some of the country’s best-performing titles. We are currently looking for a Digital & Print Ad Traffic Intern for our Editorial department.

The successful candidate will be exposed to the following:

-Assisting Production Director, Managers and  Ad Traffic controllers with all Production related tasks

-Communicate with clients telephonically for Digital and Print Media

-Communicating with clients and chasing in Print and digital adverts and elements

-Creating and maintaining administrative systems

-Ensuring magazines are distributed as soon as copies are received from printers

-Getting all cover persons signed off 

-Collecting packages and taking packages up to reception on behalf of the production department

-Assist with day to day workflow within the department

-Pulling campaign reports for sales and clients
