Highbury Media (Pty) Ltd is SA’s largest independent magazine and digital publishing company responsible for some of the country’s best-performing titles. We are currently looking for an ad traffic intern for our production department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

-Assist production director and ad traffic controllers with all production related tasks

-Calling and liaising with relevant printers on a daily basis

-Communicate with clients telephonically

-Ensuring magazines are distributed as soon as copies are received from printers

-Getting all cover persons signed off 

-Collecting packages and taking packages up to reception on behalf of the production department

-Assist with day to day workflow within the department

Requirements:

-Organised, deadline driven and effective time management skills

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Attention to detail

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Willing to learn and develop within the department

-Eloquent with clients and within the company at all times
