Highbury Media T/A Habari Media, a leading media and advertising agency. We are seeking a Customer Service Intern to join our team and help maintain our excellent service standards.
Responsibilities: Addressing customer complaints, responding to inquiries, and resolving common issues
· Inbound phone support
· Email
· Meeting and exceeding performance targets related to resolution times, response rates, customer feedback, and service quality
Qualifications:
· At least 6 months experience in an inbound call centre environment
· Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently meet or exceed daily targets
· Strong verbal and written communication skills (email proficiency is especially important)
· Competent in using backend admin systems, and able to quickly learn new technologies
