Daddy's Deals is a South African marketing and social buying platform that has been curating high quality deals and experiences since 2011. We work with hand-picked, big-name businesses to offer our customers something special while our merchants get access to our ever-expanding database and various marketing initiatives. We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team and help maintain our excellent service standards.
The successful candidate will be required to do he following:

Addressing customer complaints, responding to inquiries, and resolving common issues such as registration, checkout, and guiding users on site functionality through:

Inbound phone support

Live chat / WhatsApp

Email
-
Social media platforms
-
Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or merchants and to check on delivery statuses

Meeting and exceeding performance targets related to resolution times, response rates, customer feedback, and service quality
Qualifications:
- At least two years’ experience in an inbound call centre environment
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Afrikaans
- Proficiency in a third official language is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently meet or exceed daily targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (email proficiency is especially important)
- E-commerce experience preferred, with solid digital skills, including CRM or communication platforms
- Competent in using backend admin systems, and able to quickly learn new technologies
- Experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar tools
