We are seeking a skilled and creative Midweight Web Designer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web design principles, experience in designing responsive websites, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

The web designer will play a key role in creating and maintaining high-quality web designs that meet both client and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and

optimized for various devices and browsers.

• Create design assets, wireframes, and prototypes based on project requirements.

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and the development team to implement

design projects.

• Update and improve existing websites based on feedback and testing.

• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and web standards.

• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Provide input and creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

• Qaulificaton in Web Design and or Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent

experience).

• 3-5 years of professional web design experience.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or

Figma.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

• Experience with responsive design and creating user-centric web experiences.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.

Knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics.

Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices
