We are looking for a dynamic digital intern seeking to gain workplace experience by joining the Food&Home team. This is a full-time paid internship position based at the Habari Media offices in Cape Town. Habari Media is a media powerhouse, whose world-class titles connect brands to targeted audiences.
Key duties:

Assisting with online content creation, including articles, social media content and weekly newsletters

Schedule editorial and social media content
- Keep up to date with food and digital trends
- Brainstorm and produce digital content that is fresh, relevant and on-trend with the F&H Team
- Schedule commercial content
Requirements:
We are looking for a self-motivated and digitally savvy candidate passionate about community engagement, content creation and collaboration with the following traits:
- Strong interest in the digital sphere
- Self-motivation
- Organisational skills
- Creative problem solving
- Excellent writing skills
- Proactive and self-disciplined
- Familiar with digital trends
- Able to follow an editorial schedule and remain flexible to quick changes
- Able to work promptly and adhere to deadlines
- Willing to write about breaking news/manage social media on weekends if needed
